Dove released its newest campaign/experiment, and it might make you re-think how you see yourself. (I WISH, we could do this in real life!).
A group of women were asked to describe themselves to a forensic sketch artist, then describe how they saw each other to him. The comparison sketches bring a few women to tears and highlight the fact that we don’t always see ourselves as others see us.
After watching this video, I was in tears. I wish I could show you all the wonderful drawings I could draw based on the little I know about you. I see the little posts and pictures posted by my followers and I know that you are all genuine, beautiful, and wonderful people. I wish more people could see their own beauty. I know this is an issue in today’s society because I, myself, struggle extremely with all self image issues.
